Surprise

Located on the northwest part of the valley, Surprise has been named Arizona’s fastest growing city four times. Home of one of Arizona’s largest mountain preserves, Surprise was founded in 1938. At that time there was only one gas station and a few small homes.

Today, Surprise is flourishing with 74 square miles of growing residential and commercial property.

It is host to a state of the art Cactus League Spring Training facility and stadium which the Kansas Royals and Texas Rangers call home. Arizona’s largest regional mall, Prasada, a library, aquatic center, recreation center, championship golf course, and a downtown area are all features of Surprise, AZ.
